Regarding the issue where offline owner mode franchises aren't allowing you to change your playbook for the purposes for formation subs, I tweeted John White last week and this was the response.

Not 100% clear he saw the first tweet and was replying to that, but I'd say it's likely he did and that a fix is coming in the next patch (whenever that is)

Primarily it's my ST subs that don't stick, except a few that I make. is there a way we can get WR and RB back on Punt/kick coverage/return teams.

So basically it seems the ST teams changes don't stick but most of the reg changes do?

They need to patch this ASAP. I never understand why they add good features but they don't work
