Is there a fix to formation sub not saving?

I can't get formation subs to save in franchise. I use 4-3 with the bills. It doesn't show that as my playbook in formation subs. When I try to make xganges, they don't even save.

I noticed some issues with the formation subs too. The Cowboys defensive playbook makes it look like Scandrick (CB1) moves to the slot when they're in the nickel package just like real life but he doesn't actually do it in game.

Do you hit the option button to save it on the ps4

On XboxOne, my options are only reset or go back when I'm in formation subs.

But I realized that the issue is even bigger. If I go to Schemes under Coach and change my playbooks, and then I go to formation subs, they still show Rex Ryan offense and defense playbooks. I feel like I'm missing a step.

This is bothering me as well. Not only can we not change the playbook in the Coaching Schemes, but then random formations wont save the sub packages. Of course for me its most of the punt formations, which means that the 6-8 members of my team that play mostly special teams will never see the field. I dont get why we cant have formation subs for kickoffs, its so stupid that I have to risk having my number 1s getting injured.

Same issue on ps4 won't save with the bills offline franchise as owner. Changed my offensive and defensive scheme and it reverts back to the default rex Ryan defense and offense

This seems to be an issue with offline franchises. Online ones work fine, but offline ones won't let you change the playbook for formation subs. Not sure if/when this will be patched.

I can't believe that this is an issue with offline franchise. Arggh!!

I don't play online because I like to have the game be accessible when servers or internet goes down. Happened enough in the past to be on offline franchise.

So, how do we report this bug to EA?

Just started my bills offline as well this sucks. But I plan to stick with it. Hopefully they patch soon

Thank you guys for reporting this! I was so bummed when I went through and did all 32 teams and it didn't save.

There are problems with online franchises too.

For instance, My top CB is always set as the nickel back in nickel sets and both top CB's set on the insides on Dime's, Dollars, and Quarters.

Plus, on certain formations like Dime Normal and Nickel Double A Gap, the subs won't save at all. On Dime Normal, it has my OLB as the sole LB when it should be Kuechly playing the spot. In Nickel Double A Gap, my CB1 is lined in Nickel slot. After changing these, upon exiting and reentering the formation subs screen, all the other formations saved except those two. Shaq Thompson was back at MLB in Dime Normal and my CB1 was back at Nickel in Nickel Double A Gap.

I can also confirm that making roster moves will reset some of your formation subs as well online.

I had David Mayo as my 2nd MLB and traded him away. After trading him, I immediately went to formation subs where I saw all my CB setups on Nickel, Dime, Quarters, and Dollar formations were reset back to default (CB1 in every nickel slot).
