Is there a fix to formation sub not saving?

Up until recently my formation subs were working but now they wont work at all..No formations stick at all ..It's annoying and the feature has become virtually useless..the thing that makes me irritated is that EA has yet to acknowledge nor comment on it..

It works ootb with the disc, offline and I'm Xbox1. You'll have to ask a PS4 user if it works ootb w/ version 1.0, not sure they have formation subs w/ v1.0 b/c that came in the 1st patch (v1.0111)
Xbox1 users get version 1.01 ootb w/ the disc.

i use a custom playbook and the base playbooks they are derived from are my scheme playbooks

only 1 formation really sticks, I Form Hulk, i sub in OLine as TEs and ensure my 3 best Olinemen are the 3 on the weak side so LG as C, C and LT

Has anyone figured out the reason why it don't save? Is it specific playbooks, teams, or is there a max of teams before glitch starts?

My offensive subs worked but on defense the changes changed everything IE fletcher cox was now out for heaps of the plays and changes werent at the right place.
Had to reset and avoid
