Re: Nothing like a BS injury to derail a season!

Injuries in my first couple practice CFM's were out of control, but only on MY team. Like 7 high impact injuries while other teams had 0-2. Happened in 2 franchises.

One of the main reasons I went offline, and I might even scale injury slider down to like 10.

This same exact thing happened to me last year in an Online CFM. I think it was the first or second game of the 2nd year and I just drafted a perfect QB to replace Nick Foles for the Rams. I rolled out to the right and saw nothing open so I scrambled towards the sideline only to get blown up after stepping out of bounds with no flag. I think he ended up with a broken collarbone out for 12 weeks or something like that.

think they've got the injuries about right this year in terms of amount. ignore what they're actually injured with however.

Re: Nothing like a BS injury to derail a season!

In my online CFM I lost Clowney (broken arm), and Cushing (collarbone), on back to back plays, both while "Trying" to tackle Langford, who is apparently a demigod this Madden, as he had 11 broken tackles on the game. But I had my revenge, down 14 with just over 3 minutes left, I user picked Cutler twice, scoreing on each ensuing possession, then Watt strip sacked Cutler to set me up for the GW FG, all 3 turnovers were on 3rd and long, but I still have no idea what he was thinking putting the game in Cutler's hands lol. Scored 17 in the final 3 minutes and won 38-35.

I did sign Jastavus Brown off someones PS after the game to replace Cushing, and Brown is a freak, no idea why the guy had him on his PS and not his roster. He's my new user LB, Cushing is staying on the bench once he returns. 87 spd 84 str 86 hit for Brown lol. Losing Clowney hurts though, but it's only for 4 weeks, so I'll live, and Simon is an adequate replacement.

I lost Romo in week 8 for 6 weeks with a foot fracture. Next game, Prescott's first start, he is rolling. Something like 13-17 243 yards and 2 TDs. Gets hit on a bomb to Terrance Williams. Torn shoulder out 4 weeks.

Sounds realistic to me.

Wow. That's worse than mine. Shiny new exciting rookie, gone before you could use him much. Ugh.
