Ugh why so long.... Im in week 5 of my CFM and still an tweaking with the sliders... i may end up restarting my cfm once roster update drops and my sliders hsould be near perfect by then. -

That seems way too late. Not impressed with this...They used to drop the first day of the week. September 9th is already a day late, considering the season opens Thursday...Comment

I was hoping to have it tomorrow. Disappointing for sure, but I guess it is just a delay in the start of our franchise until next week.Comment

Well, I can see why people would want it before season actually officially starts. And they should...no reason to have it that delayed.
But in any case, I just DL a roster in the share vault, and it was pretty well updated. I just went with that. No sense waiting so long. Doesn't make a difference to me personally.

Not really sure what you guys are complaining about. Last year the roster update arrived on Friday, the day after the Thursday night opener.Comment

I am curious if the roster update will include all players on teams practice squads. So when we start our online league if we choose the 53 man roster to use, will the practice squads already be filled or no?Comment

This always becomes such a delima for me. i'm through my preseason, and as i always plan on not starting over, Friday isn't to far off to wait, and then go forward with the regular season, however, Friday seems like forever away to basically not game at all, just in effort to get week 1 rosters...."Not the victory but the action. Not the goal but the game. In the deed the glory."Comment

They useally don't add all them but do add some ...so if they don't u would have to do it yourself before u start.
One thing I wish they did was update the trades for picks once u start a cfm if not u have take control of teams so they all have right picks in draft.Comment

Just wish they would rate players to make them play a certain way.
ie Power Back rated to make them play like a power back etc... and not have speed/acceleration of a speed back.
Would really help the gameplay even more.Comment

Patriots and Eagles just had a trade with Eric Rowe and Josh kline.
If EA released rosters today to get them in before the season starts, then week 1 rosters wouldn't even be accurate anymore.
Im okay with their approach to releasing it Friday (as long as today's trade is reflected) lol
