Re-starting my franchise and was wondering about one option i might change, i had set experience distribution to weekly, was tempted to set it to every 4 weeks. All thoughts and opinions welcome!

I would recommend 4 weeks (better) or end of year (best) to help the AI progress players correctly.

Weekly is the worst since they never get enough xp to buy important attributes and traits. I use end of year.
