Help needed on a couple of gameplay issues

I'm noticing that every time I make a throw in the face of a little pressure my QB pump fakes and takes the sack. This is occurring repeatedly from the pocket. Throwing with pressure in your face is kind of routine in the NFL, right? Is this a slider issue?

Secondly, when I want to scramble with my QB the RT is taking an eternity to register. It's basically taking away any legit scramble even from a running QB like Cam Newton. If you don't have about 3 full seconds to get going you might as well forget about it.

Are these just Madden issues or is there something I can do to help them? TIA
