Has the draft tuner been applied to offline CFMs yet?

Just wondering because I wanted to start my new cfm. Also, have they fixed the player regression where every player at 28 years old takes a huge hit.

no. you'll know its here when you download a patch for it.

and regression has not been tuned at all

so offline CFM still have too many good players?

does anyone know when the patch is coming? i'll be starting a new CFM when it does.
