Related to this, I have had the error where the system says not enough space on drive to save replay (after every play!). My PS4 has over 300GB free. I did a db rebuild as well. Got rid of game saves and deleted games and files I do not use anymore.
Same problem after every play. ONLY since I downloaded the tuner the other day. Gonna delete it and see if it makes a difference, but something is amiss.
I do not get this error in any other game.
