Coach Firing Option

Can anyone tell me, in an ONline single person CFM, can coach firing be turned off and on at will, or is it a one time choice?

I currently have it ON, however i'm 0-6 right now. My goal is only 7 games, and my firing potential was very low when i started the season.

My concern is, i really like where my Franchise is taking me, and don't want to get fired immediately, and I don't want to start over.

I'd look myself, but i'm at work, so i'm just working my thought process out.

You should be able to turn it off.
