Any tips on how to get the most funds every week?

Like the title says, I use a small marker team, playing owner mode. I usually just read the tweets from fans and adjust the prices accordingly until they stop complaining of high prices. I've moved the team to London, huge market, loyal fan base, but still end up in the negatives relatively quick. Tried different stadiums, expensive, cheap, both with the same negative end result.

I can't in 32 man CFM. Funds are what signing bonuses come out of. If I add money, I have free money to sign players.

Most of your money is going to come from ticket sales. Concession sales, sure they add on, but you want to maximize ticket sales. To do that, you want the highest possible ticket price where your stadium sells out.

The week after each home game, look at your ticket sales. Did you sell out? If yes, then try bumping them up a notch. If no, try lowering them. Note that when you raise them, you probably won't sell out the next week... but if the % decrease in attendance is less than the % increase in ticket price... you will make more money.

Note that on road games, you will almost always lose money... no ticket sales!

Finally, the best way is just to win. If you win, people will want to come to your games, even at higher prices. If you lose, people won't come, even if you lower the prices.
