Will my coach retire due to age?

I wanna play with my team for multiple decades in my franchise. Will dirk Koetter 57 years old (I'm him in cfm) retire due to age forcing me to abandon my chise?

I chose coach over owner cus I wanna build a team not set prices, but I don't want my coach to retire while I'm playing

I dont think he will retire unless you chose to. You can stay around 30 years.

Say if I'm in like 2025 and he retires or dies or something lol can I make myself as a new coach and take over the team I've been building?

If you took over as him, it will never change unless you choose for it to. He won't retire of old age or anything like that. that would only happen if you were an owner. You will be able to complete the entire 30 year franchise with him if you so choose to.

That's fine not like I wanted to play 31 lol just curious of its for sure

no idea... that's just how it's always been. I'm assuming it hasnt changed.

If that happens just click R3 or the button on xbox to start a new character in franchise and choose a low ovr and aging player then your franchise is still the same and then retire the player and switch back to the team you were controlling? That would atleast let you make a new coach or use the new coach they acquired while you retired etc
