Wow. An 80 Ovr with a 54 Awr? Dude if you got his Awr to 80 or so he'd be probably close to 90 Ovr or better. That's nuts.

Love the tool. I do have one question however, is there any way to lower the threshold for Do Not Draft/Risky Pick/Draft? I play in a 32 person online league and would like to expand the draftable guys. I've looked a bit at the formulas but couldn't find anything definitive and don't want to start dicking around with everything.

Not to speak for OMN, but if you go to scouting requirements tab that is where you would want to make any alterations. Like for example "max 40" for a receiver is set to 4.62, you could make it 4.65 or something if you wanted to allow for more.

And after I actually looked at the requirements tab I now realize I would have answered my own question I had earlier about the UD guys not showing up lol.. CBs and DE's have to a min scouting round of 7, but other positions don't..

Personally I don't want to mess with them because I trust him and all of the research he and the others have been doing. I figure there is a good reason why the setting are what they are. But I know what you mean about being in an online league and wanting more options.

You may want to wait for his version 3, which is coming out soon, that will have the blue/red chip prospects which should allow for some more players to be scouted. But if you want to mess with things I would suggest the changing the values on the requirements tab.

V3 (which I'm now hoping to release tomorrow actually) will help you as it will divide guys into blue chip prospects 75+ ovr) and red chip (70-74 OVR). This will give you far more options in the later rounds, particularly if other people in your league have discovered this tool.

In v2 you can lower the criteria in the scouting requirements tab. You can edit any field with a value but it won't work if you add a value to a cell that was previously blank. However, I'd caution against this: the set of criteria in the tool are based off a giant version of the spreadsheet I have where I've captured about 2500 prospects across about 20-25 draft classes. The criteria are set based on a very large sample size of data and changing them may result in a load of scrubs "getting through the door". Up to you though!

Re: Scouting Tool for Madden 17 CFM

Hi, I don't really post here, but I lurk a lot for sliders and general franchise tips. Just wanted to say your tool has instantly made the game 100% more enjoyabe for me. I love the concept of building your team through the draft (I very rarely sign free agents in the offseason rounds), but no matter what I tried scouting wise, I'd always end up with multiple duds. Started using this sheet midway through the third season of my Bears franchise and got a full class 73+ (sadly still not hitting on any quick or ss dev traits, any tips?).

I went through and added the overalls for everyone on my board, including the ones it said not to draft, just in case. And I put details of the positive or negative stories in brackets in the name field; I don't know if particular stories correlate to particular traits or abilities, but I thought it might helo for future editions. Again, big thanks from a long-suffering Bears fan in the UK
