Despite their photo, it seems like a lot of the Skin color 1 have dreads and have to be edited. Most commonly with QB's

its some kind of bug but im sure its not high on their to-do list. especially with player editing being in this year.

Instead of changing their head just make all their last names the same. idk Its pretty easy to fix yourself if you want.
