I really don't see much difference between many of the positions in this game. With the right sliders, the Great WRs make Great catches and the powerful rbs break tackles, but that's about it.

I never have to gameplan what side of the field I'm going to target. All the AI QBs play basically the same 70% completion %.

Just a little frustrating. In Tecmo Bowl 30 years ago you knew who the stars were, in Madden 17, not so much.

Nah, most games I have a lot of variety going on from tipped and dropped passes and CPU CB Acc anywhere from 52% to 70%

Jared Cook and Devante Adams drop more balls than Jordy Nelson.

Clay Matthews, Mike Daniels, Nick Perry and Julius Peppers are my stud rushers and can break free at any moment.

I tend to agree with this. In my fantasy draft franchise, I just got lit up, come back style by Scott freakin' Tolzien. It was like he was Aaron Rodgers out there (who incidentally also lit me up two games later).

Go throw 10 passes at Sherman and 10 against a scrub and get back to me.

Kidding aside, I see great differences in players. Desmond Trufant absolutely shut down my 6'6" 92 ovr receiver recently. Luke Keuchly makes tons of plays in the running game.

Yeah elites actually do stand out. OL/DL could stand out more, but there is a difference.

the stars stand out for me. but whrn it comes down to comparring 70's and low to mid 80's thats where i dont notice as nuch

No. Not anymore since the latest patch. I'm guessing they have equalized things for competitive play. That's my only guess

Try switching kickers to OL and see what happens. They block like HOFs.

DTs get stood up by interior OL no matter how good they are.
