Auto RB Moves

Do you guys use any of these auto rb moves? Either assist or auto? Or do you keep it on manual.

Having some trouble running so im looking to see what i can do

I use manual hate that arrow over the field in front of the RB

On auto and If I'm not wrong also in assist, you get an arrow over the rb that should be help you to get the holes.

I use manual ever since when my players receive the ball facing towards our own end zone, they start juking players coming towards them from our side of the field, taking them further backwards.

I don't know if i'm alone, but i use assist because i play coach mode and with auto i was finding my players were performing unneeded moves instead of going for a few extra yards. E.g. my player has no chance of beating a defender, but if he just keeps running straight he might get an extra 2-3 yards but instead he'll TRY to juke the approaching defender, basically stopping in his current position to bust out the move, get hit and basically make 0-1 yards maximum. It's very frustrating and not sure if i'm alone in this.
