Having Trouble Running

What slider do I adjust to make running easier? Also what is a good number to adjust it to?

From what I've seen the AI is really good at shedding blocks against me and my guys struggle to do so. I haven't played/owned a Madden since 15 and have always ran a run-heavy, option style offense. Can say that options in this game are, for lack of a better word, bad. Quarterback keeps almost never work and I struggle for everything I get. Not to mention there is little room for pitching to the option back here as well. Once you're hit, you ain't pitching the ball. I've played a lot of Madden when it comes to options and consider myself good at reading what they're playing for. It's just the AI block shedding is so good. Even on conventional run plays, so much so I've dropped their run blocking down to 40 and am already considering lowering it more.

don't press the sprint button until you clearly beyond the DL. as soon as you touch that button, defenders will shed their block.
