Sorry if this has been asked, but how is the best way to get the 1st rd pick the Vikings sent to Philly.

Take control of Vikings..trade 1st for say 2018 7th..or throw away player..but easier "cap" wise to just trade picks

Aye, it's pretty bad CFM starts out with their No1 pick AND Bradford on the Week1 53 man roster.


What's any Vikings fans planning to do with TB or Bradford after Season1?


I'm planning on shipping Bradford to the Browns with Kalil (on franchise tag) for LT Joe Thomas and hopefully a 1st-3rd round pick.

I bet in real life the Vikings keep him as the starter. He's doing so well right now.

Totally agree, "Slick Rick" Spielman already talked about how the 2nd year on the contract was a big factor in making the trade. He will likely play out the contract and then have to make the mega tough decision on Bradford or TB as the QB of the future.

the reason the pick exchange is not in the game is that the trade is technically "conditional" so it has not been fully finalised by the league. it's a technicality that bites the game in the butt.

the first round pick is firmly in place but because the other picks have not been finalised, the whole trade is in an odd limbo-land when it comes to the league office etc.

suspect an update post-regluar season will sort it out, similar to how they dealt with the alex smith trade in 2013.
