Worst teams/draft busts since 1990.

I'm looking at doing a cfm with the "generally perceived" worst team since 1990. And on said team every player I draft will be modified to fit a bust at each position. QB bust, WR busts, RB busts, etc. Looking for opinions from the board. Thanks in advance.

I'd say Charles Rogers if you wanna go that route. Roy wasn't as good as he was supposed to be, he did play for 7 years and scored over 40 TDs though.

Yeah I don't think Roy Williams qualifies. Charles Rogers certainly does. So does Mike Williams. Leaf, Russell, Akali Smith come to mind for QB. RB Trent Richardson, Curtis Enis, Ki Jana Carter

There's a ton of guys way before the 2000 era of football that was a flat out bust.

Also I don't think Roy Williams was anywhere near a bust because he did had some solid years in the NFL.

^Tony Mandarich was '89.

^^Desmond Howard was a bust as a WR but turned into an excellent KR/PR specialist and won a Super Bowl MVP.

Not yet mentioned: Blair Thomas.
