Cheese or Not Cheese

So I wondering if a user is sitting in zone majority of game pressing my WR's along with him usering his linebackers to undercut throws. Is it wrong to send slants from slot or outside wr to open up space for my other playmakers on inside routes that isn't a slant.

Nothing is cheese online. Win at all costs. That's what Chip Kelly Would do.

If you find an exploit EA will shut it down when someone whines about it. They cater to the online crowd.

This was for an CFM league where the other user would do a cover 2 zone blitz while pressing my wideouts. One i started exposing that he went to cover 3 and cover 2 pressing while usering his linebackers to undercut throws.

"Cheese" and "Sim" are two of the most over used and subjective terms in Madden gaming. There are no global definitions to it, it is all based on how your CFM's rule lay out the rules.

Doesn't sound like cheese to me. You're using strategy to beat his strategy.

Re: Cheese or Not Cheese

In the real NFL, if a coach kept using the same defence over and over, they would adjust their playcalling and find a playtype that works against it. It's the defensive coach's task to then adjust their scheme and mix it up. So no, not cheesing if they keep giving the same look... but not fun either :S

Re: Cheese or Not Cheese

It's not cheese for me.

Majority of coaches run out of a base defense and make alterations from there. I.E Lovie Smiths Tampa 2 etc.

I run a base Cover 4 and then change from there.
