I stupidly downloaded this week'a EA roster update and it has Earl Thomas and Gronk on IR for franchise and I found a week 13 roster update in the vault but I need a week 12. Is there anyway to go back to a previous official update or does anyone have a week 12 roster update?

You could always turn pre existing injuries off. Pretty sure theirs no way to go back to previous roster updates so unless someone here still has a week 12 they can upload to help you out I think your stuck.
