Injury Duration Always Lengthy

I've seen the game length/short term injuries, literally had one last night (Online CFM) however the amount of extended length injuries could definitely be toned down.

Then again IRL the Chargers have 14-15 players on IR and it's just Week 13 or so in the NFL, there's also a host of other teams with 8-9+ players on IR. So perhaps they need to add more variety in injury's and not just the length. Also we need to see more ''common injuries'' like - high ankle sprains, concussions, broken/dislocated fingers, knee sprains etc.

As it is now, it's the same 4-5 over and over, collarbone, dislocated elbow, shoulder tear...

Yes been thinking this after the first month of this game. Injuries were tuned for this mode and if they would only tune the severity the mode works fine. But the repetitive injury types and length of injuries definetly take me out of the game sometimes.
