Tuner Data not downloading?

Anyone else having this issue?

Ive uninstalled the game, reinstalled. Deleted all files etc.

Still when I load the game it downloads community, roster, etc etc but never the Tuner data.

There hasn't been a tuner since the latest patch. It's incorporated into that patch so the tuner file would be redundant. You won't download one again until a new one comes out.

Awww so they screwed up the sliders working at all in the patch. The tuner fixes things outside of the patch.

But now you cant get the tuner WITHOUT the patch.

And EA's Dev's are doing nothing to fix what they broke. But tying it all together.
