Here's how to solve the issue..... open up the schedule to editing including year one. The real NFL schedule changes through flex scheduling. Let us move games around, switch game dates, times, etc.

Yeah I mean Madden 04-07 for PS2/Xbox are considered the greatest madden franchise/owner modes of all time, and they couldn't even get that Super Bowl Champion plays on the first Thursday game of the year right (for the later Maddens anyway).

What they need to do first is bring back options they removed, like create a team, and then focus on simple things they never fixed to begin with. IMO anyway

I hate saying that things are "easy to fix" but this is extremely easy to fix. It's proof of a lack of focus on CFM, and especially realism in CFM, that it's this bad.

I wouldn't say it's an easy fix at all, but it absolutely needs some work.

This was unnecessary.

My .02, I don't care as much whether I play on Thursday too much. The only thing it'd effect is being able to see scores from other games on the ticker...which *does* effect immersion to a degree. I understand why people care, and I understand why they don't. Especially since I'm probably playing on a Tuesday, anyway.

The bunches of home and away games in a row bothers me more.

The Thursday night thing isn't as big of a deal as the 4 straight home/road games and other scheduling quirks. Those actually do affect more than just the ticker or all the games being at night.

My biggest issue with scheduling is division games during preseason.
