Hiring Head Coach in Owner Mode

Are we limited to only coaches that have been fired, or the random coaches that are available in the pool?
What I mean is, is there any way of creating/editing a coach to be who you want them to be?
For instance, I would like to hire Kyle Shanahan or Sean McDermott as my head coach. Now, coordinators aren't in the game, so that's not a possibility. But in owner mode, is there a way to create them to be hired?

You would have to retire your owner and play as a created coach.

Hopefully if they have no plans on adding coordinators into the game they give us the ability to edit coaches so we can make them into irl coordinators so we can sign them as our head coach if we want.

Yeah, I thought that might be the only way. Just hoped that maybe someone had found a workaround for that

This is what I miss most from NFL Head Coach 09. I loved being able to promote coordinators and position coaches to build my staff. It really needs to be brought into Madden in the near future
