OS Community for PS4?

Ok , so i was just thinking about this and not sure maybe this is a thing and i just dont know about it right now .Maybe i missed it somewhere.

Many people i know , and i think alot here , dont like playing madden h2h due to the cheese factory that you normally encounter when playing some random there. While we wait for Madden to hopefully one day bring back communities in the game, it made me think about something. There is already a way to create a community on the ps4. While the process of playing someone from their may be a few more steps than if it was a community in game, it made me think , is there a OS community on PS4?

Basically , a place for those people who hate playing lobby cheese heads, and just want to find a half decent game of football( not cheese) to play in a head to head match up. Some of us are in online leagues , but its always good to find others to play outside of your league as well i feel. While ive not done alot with the communities on ps4, i believe it could be a cool place to have those interested to join and post when they are looking for a game on the console. Maybe that way we could find less cheesy games to play in h2h or draft champions . I feel like most people here are all about trying to play a simulation style of football. Why not use a tool at hand to have a "gathering place" for us to try to play with one another instead of dealing with all the lobby players that keeps most of us from even playing h2h or draft champions . Just a thought.
