Freezing in OT (then fixed)

I'm playing a solo online franchise on XBOX one. Bears vs Lions, game goes to overtime and before the overtime, the game freezes (static picture on a section of the field - somebody's shoes, grass, sideline, etc). It did this to me 4 times. Thankfully, being online, my game saved automatically. I reloaded the game over and over and could not get past it. Then I paused the game immediately before overtime and chose to supersim. I supersimmed the kickoff and that got me out of the freezing. I was then able to finish the game.


Hope this will help someone else out and I wanted to report it.
