Playing Coach mode in offline mode, How to

Id like to retire or just replace my HC but i am in Coach mode. If i retire him but want to keep the same team, how do i go about that? Can i create a new HC for the same team and still play that team?

If i switch to Owner mode do i have to start all over?

I believe you're in the midst of a CFM and are asking how to either create a new coach or switch from coach to owner without losing your progress. Easy to do. While in your CFM, scroll to the "Options" tab (all the way to the right), click the Options box, scroll down to Retire, and then select "Create a new character." You can then choose/create a new player, coach, or owner and continue in your current CFM with that new character.

Oh nice. I was afraid if I retired or fired the HC I wouldn't be able to get a new one without losing progress. Same as going to owner mode.
