Formation Subs not sticking
Anyone experiencing formation Subs changes for special teams not sticking? I am playing with a created coach.

Yep it's a known issue (at least among people in this forum). Hopefully it'll be fixed for '18, as the formation subs were kind of added in last minute for this cycle.
