Progressing players

Do you find it almost cheating the cpu to manually progress your players? I use tdawgs xp sliders and starters to 80 awr and backups to 70 awr before anything else but my team still feels way better all the time. I know the cpu doesn't progress traits except development. I was thinking about just switching it to progress automatically and not worry about it.

This is what I have gone to and as long as your stats are realistic things seem to work out pretty well.
