Are the schedules for the 2017 Season in CFM accurate, I know the right opponents are there, but are they in the correct order, for example I'm a Giants fan, and pretty much every year of the season we play the Girls, and that was the same in CFM, so is it in fact an accurate representation of this year's schedule or just a randomly generated schedule

The schedule formula is correct, you will always play the correct opponents as if your franchise was real life. The only issue I'm having is that they don't do divisional-only games for Week 17 like in real life.

Yeah it is realistic as far as who you play, but other than that it doesn't seem to be. Seems like if you do good the year before a disproportionate amount of your games are Thursday Night or Sunday Night (like almost all of them?)

I didn't even get the Thursday opener the year after I won the Super Bowl.

That is interesting.. I have the exact opposite problem lol..

I think it's safe to say they have all the correct games but which games are put into that primetime spots is not exactly realistic.

To add on to everyone else, the teams you play will be correct, but the schedule will not.

The NFL has a rotation system for the yearly schedule, which the game recreates. So, as the Giants you will rotate through different AFC divisions each season.

As for the 2017 schedule, the order of the games are not correct. Well, it's extremely unlikely. There is a lot of planning that goes into creating the next season's schedule, so it's not released until early that year. The Madden devs had no idea of the 2017 schedule when creating M17, and they do not update CFM to reflect the official schedule once released.

they dont post the in game schedule as the same in the NFL because i just started the year 2 in mine and as a Tampa Fan it started my season out on Monday Night Football against Carolina and in real life Tampa is @ Miami. they have the years matched up to the future schedules but its randomly placed within the Game.
