I'm sure madden 08 ps2 didn't have it. I've bought a half dozen copies of that game and played it through the madden 11 cycle before retiring it.

You may be able to edit a PS2 playbook using the Playbook Editor(s) for PC.

Any PC will read PS2 discs/files/file trees.
