Suggestion in the future to make it go smoother: State your point and move on without reference to the word mods and I mean that with all sincerity.

Personally I'm okay with it as long as it has a purpose and isn't brought up solely to get back into the exclusive debate.

While it has it's points, that's a very tired debate at this point that get's us nowhere.

In the context that Kanobi brought it up, I don't really see the problem with it.

Yep this was the worst moment for me. 3 blockers, 1 DE, and everybody else is in a quarter-deep coverage...... And the 3 Olineman don't even try to touch the defensive player, he blows up the RB.

That should just *never* happen. If a team has a quarter 3 deep against a heavy run offensive set, it should be an automatic 6-8+ gain pretty much unless the quarter is heavily blitzing (which they weren't).

He didn't really outrun the blockers; they stopped and changed directions for no reason. The RB got caught on the line, so it shouldn't have even been possible to outrun them. But when he caught the ball, he was already ahead of both #61 and #76.

#61 randomly stops as the pass is thrown, then runs toward the middle of the field instead of continuing toward the sideline where the play was designed to go. #77 did the same after the ball was caught. That was why he "outran" them. Had the blockers kept going like they should have, the guy that made the tackle would have been blocked.

The other issue I saw was the WR on that side continuing his route instead of blocking his defender.

Looks like the same Madden from the past 5 years...

They still haven't fixed the blocking issues so instead EA said it will keep the invisible anti-blitz thing. That alone killed it for me.

I realize that a lot of people don't follow the dev team members so they don't hear about things like this being fixed, but also many people have this build up level of distrust/skepticism/antagonism toward the Madden team/EA anyway, so they're already looking for a reason to tear the game down.
