All I know is that there better never be a damn game in weather online in random games because I don't want them to take out those additions due to complaints!

I would love more partly cloudy and especially overcast games. Seemed like every 1pm game in CFM was a clear blue sky, got old pretty quickly.

I tell you, this is one point that still bothers me with madden. Weather needs more variation and more effects in madden.

There needs to be dynamic weather, as well as sleet, rain snow mix, and fog. Also variations in rain to drizzle.

Then you need effects on the players movement and ability.

I don't see why there is a problem as the weather should affect both teams.

That said, it better be there in online Franchise.

That said, maybe the addition of a separate simulation mode allows weather effects, along with other variables outside of User control, to be default options in that mode, if so that's a good thing.
I get that if you're a competitive player you want it to be all about your stick skills and nothing else. So that's why sim mode is hopefully the solution to our problem. Having said that, like you, while I would want to see something like weather impacting the flight of the ball - like it does a baseball in MLB The Show - current evidence appears to suggest the likelihood of them spending any time whatsoever on a sim only feature is about as unlikely as winning the lottery.

Re: SGO Graphics Clint Oldenburg interview

They still need to get the weather and time of year right. So sick of playing December games in New York and seeing the crowd in shorts and sun visors.

Only starts to get cold without snow in January in the game. Been like this since 15.
