Why would they ban you? Game sharing is a legit PSN and Xbl feature.

Gameshare is supposed to for in the same household only is why. Using it outside of the same household violates the terms of it and thus could get you banned on Live or PSN

Based on forums, and actual staff replying, if it's family or a good friend it is legal.

Xbox One Home Console is designed to share games with your family members however, it may also be shared with good friends for you to enjoy the Licenses on your account. And Xbox Support Representative may also reset a home console for you should you ran out of resets, assuming you purchased a new Xbox One. Though this is for a limited number of times only and depending on the situation.
What happens when I setup a Home console?
Basically there are two things:
•Share games and downloadable content purchased from the digital store with anyone else who signs in on your console. You can even share games downloaded as part of a subscription.
•Share your Xbox Gold subscription with anyone else who signs in on your console.

A good suggestion would be to turn on the Pass key security feature on your Xbox One to prevent unauthorized access on your account.

I think it's one of those things most people won't get in any trouble unless they call in for some sort of support and call attention to it. I wouldn't risk it but many use it ok

To put closure on this topic. I just spoke to an amazon representative and he gave me this answer.

"Well apparently, the manufacturers have increased the price they provided us the games for, and giving a 20% discount on these now will be a loss for Amazon, thus Amazon has taken down the physical copies altogether instead of taking away the 20% discount."

He said that they will not even be releasing physical copies of games until potentially after release.. Sucks if your amazon prime member like me might have to finally start going digital with games..

Looks like Best Buy is getting my money from now on. I pre-order enough games to justify the $30 for 2 years.
