The thing is, this is just the wait for the trailer. Rex said in the Youtube chat tonight that they had the final cut for the "Trailer". This isn't even for a blog or a gameplay video where we can see two teams playing against each other.

The trailer really doesn't show us much.

Didnt we get two "trailers" around E3? The Longshot one and another short gameplay one?

I'll say one thing its going to be interesting seeing where sales are this yr. I haven't seen this many people upset since madden 11 lol

Game sales won't change with the core Madden as ourselves.. We're going get the game regardless hence why we're in a Madden online chat forum. The only way sales can be truly affected is bad word of mouth from the core community which spreads to the semi annual Madden buyer.

Very few people make their Madden purchasing decision in the middle of July. The angst right now means almost nothing.

That surprised me. If all we're waiting on is a trailer then I'm not even going to pay attention until release. The fact that Sim said that he doesn't even know if there's going to be a capture event makes me think there won't be any gameplay in any form prior to release. Blogs will be nice though.
