Longshot will not proceed

I am having an issue in Longshot where at the 12% point when Devin Wade brings the Bulldogs back to victory, I will get the message that I can no longer continue unless I have purchased the game. Since I have purchased the GOAT version of Madden and still have 8 hours left on the trial, I continue. However, the game repeats the same part where Devin brings the Bulldogs back to victory. I repeated that scenario four times and still cannot proceed. Oddly, I keep getting the message that I purchased the GOAT version and I have MUT cards available. The message pops up right before Devin calls that woman in Colt's truck.

Anyone else having this issue?

It's not an "issue"

They haven't released the entire Longshot "episode" yet.

They did this with FIFA last year. The FIFA guys said it was to prevent spoilers, I assume it's the same here. But obviously it's also to drive sales so you can see the rest of the story.

Bottom line they walled you off because as they stated they hope to bring new users to Madden with this mode. As such they don't want is spoiled a week before the official release date.

No issue, just the plan from EA to drive sales.
