So torn. I like the speed and updates of online but finding out you can have multiple saves points and change other things like coaches etc may have me staying offline, even if updates come a lot slower.

Is it finally safe to start up an offline CFM? I know there were things that had been added for cloud that had not been implemented for offline and that was a deterrent for some. Is this still the case or can I start an offline one and not have to worry about regression fixes and other tweaks that may or may not be there. Thanks

I prefer online with Cloud. The only real issue is if you screw up something, because once a decision is made you can't go back and fix it. I also like how Cloud gets server side patches more often and before offline will. Game progress can be picked up at any time you want if you have to leave or lose connection. Played games can also be restarted like in offline.

This makes drafting so much more hit or miss.

It should be hit or miss to represent real life. The draft guide provided here by a member of this forum though does a good job of setting up a draft like a scout might do in real life.

In offline you can just go back and reload before the draft after knowing who all the gems are and about where they will be drafted. That is cheap.
