i played my 10 hours on madden 18 signed in with different account did the whole month for 4.99 and now i have to start all over again.What gives?

Because your on a different account.... Haha

You have to switch back to your original account in Madden.

Sign out of your main account that you ran out of time on. Log into you're other acount and start up madden, then within the game switch back to your main account and your time will transfer over and you'll have your saves.
