Re: M'18 Biggest Draft Studs and Freaks

CPU drafted some real studs in my recent draft. Lee Richardson is the best 6'5" RZ archetype WR I've seen in any of my drafts so far (he also has 90 AGI). Too bad he is only normal development. Flugence is a solid WR with crazy 97 SPD. He wasn't even the fastest WR in the draft, but somehow ended up with a higher SPD rating than the faster WR.

Henry Hayden is one crazy 3-4 Pass Rusher. And the Redskins moved him to DE to fit their scheme and he is an 86 or 87 OVR DE right out of the box with SS development. Jalen Avery is a crazy 4-3 OLB (his archetype changed to 3-4 Pass Rusher during the draft, but I changed it back).

Sean Banks has some of the best measurables I've ever seen for a TE. And Culpepper is an insane 3-4 DE.

I can't see how that WR having normal development is even a problem. One season of decent production should earn him enough XP to get 91 route running and after that he's breaking all of Jerry's records, assuming good health.

Got a Le'Veon Bell clone it seems. Slightly better combine results, fell to me at #25. He also has 93 agi and 77 elu..

Oh, I got a guy who reminds me of Bell, too -- drafted him in 2018 draft, helped me win a Super Bowl in year one (as the split back with Legarrette Blount) despite missing six games in the season. He's the saw to Blount's hammer. He's only got about a 71 catch, but I'm working on that this season.

Torn about which RB to draft.

On one hand...elusiveness is such a hard trait to find.

On the other hand, the second RB has better agility, acceleration and strength.

Thoughts? I might just draft both and trade one after.

I'd take that first back 100% of the time. The second guy is going to be really good, but IMO that elusiveness for the first guy puts him a special class. Add in the SPD, ACC, AGL and CAR, plus he's a year younger.

Less to upgrade, too.

I bet after his rookie campaign I can upgrade his strength to around 80.

Re: M'18 Biggest Draft Studs and Freaks

Drafted all 4 in the same draft in my online CFM and my LB corps wasn't even that weak but they all started immediately. Bragg blew up a run for -5 yards 1st play of the season and tore his pec missing test of the season otherwise he would be higher. Took Bragg at pick 23, Beach at 25, Dobbins in the late 2nd, and McCluster late 3rd. Beach was also slow dev and he made pro bowl as my user and went to normal now he is SS. McCluster had 16 sacks and 3 picks as a rookie winning DPOY DROY LB of year and pro bowl had 150k xp lol sliders for LBs is at 190 btw...0512181237.jpg0510180034.jpg0512181238a.jpg0512181238.jpg
