Re: Madden 18 CFM Scouting Tool

Hi Old Man Nathy,

First of all - thanks so much for the awesome work you've done with this Scouting Tool. I'm sure I speak for a lot of people when I say, it's much appreciated. I definitely enjoy using your Scouting Tool a lot. It's so good, that I managed to turn even my beloved Jets into Super Bowl champions after a few CFM seasons, haha.

Anyway, I was trying to send you a PM, but somehow got an "Access denied. You cannot view this page." error, not sure why. Maybe it's because I've never posted anything yet on these forums here. I was hoping I could talk to you about something related to the Scouting Tool, just something I wanted to show you. Something I've done to add a little feature, if you're interested?

Perhaps it works if you send me a PM, I don't know? Obviously I won't ask you to post your email addy here...

Re: Madden 18 CFM Scouting Tool

Great work on this again. 1st draft last night landed an 80 overall LE. Now that my feet are wet this years should be better. The only issue I had in season 1 is there were 4 guys that I never could get to fill out completely. I deleted their information and moved them around but no matter where they were inputted nothing ever came up. From column y (draft status) and so on was always completely blank even after their combine info was put in. Is there a bug or am I just dumb with computers lol

Re: Madden 18 CFM Scouting Tool

Just did my first draft, didn't have any real needs due to my players getting crazy XP for pro bowl, rewards, season goals and the such. But everyone of my picks was excellent, except for two where I "reached". And a young center I snagged has a quick development.

Hopefully next draft I score a superstar player, possibly a CB.

Might be a silly question - but would the updated v5.xx still be useful in Madden 17, or should we stick with the old version? Did you notice any significant changes in scouting between M17 and M18?

Had maybe the best draft of my Madden career tonight. I'm so freaking stoked right now. I am using the Jets and have a terrible team so since I have so many holes I pretty much went BPA all the way through and it worked beautifully. 2018 New York Football Jets draft recap:

FYI(Pitts is Superstar Dev, Urlacher is Quick Dev, and Haynes is Superstar Dev)

I hope to have a draft like that.

Re: Madden 18 CFM Scouting Tool

Thanks for the tool. Currently working through what seems to be a very weak draft class but this tool will hopefully help me prevail.

Question about LE/RE rating however.

LE(1) Bal 4-3, 6'6 258 : PMV B+ , POW B, PUR B- -->Potential Blue Chip
LE(2) Spd Rush 6'7 258 : POW B , FMV B, PUR C --> Potential Red Chip
LE(3) 3-4 RStop 6'3 289 : POW A- , TAK B, BSH B- --> Do Not Draft

It seems like no matter the ratings if BSH is less than B they are DND. Is this intentional? I ask because of the 15 LE/RE scouted only the 3 that do not have BSH listed are left on my board. Even if their 3rd stat is less than B (implying BSH would also be less)

Saw this post on Reddit but figured I'd say on here that this tool is amazing!
