Re: Too many missed PAT's in SuperSim???

I tried the slow sim and saw mixed results, still had a few missed. Another problem I noticed is that a lot of the times as a result of a mixed XP the sim engine will attempt to go for 2 and usually fail to make up for the missed XP.

I have just accepted at this point that I need to quit the sim to kick the XP myself (I play offense or defense only and sim the rest).

When I tried to use slow Super Sim last year in M17, it would work fine for a couple of series, but eventually would crash. Couldn't find a way around it, and didn't want to resort to the nuclear option of reinstallation. Haven't heard of anyone having a similar problem this year, though.

What I do is at the very start of the game, when the kickoff diagram comes up (doesn't matter if I'm kicking or receiving), I go into Super Sim (L3 on PS4), press Square twice setting speed to Slow, then immediately back out with Circle (without having moved forward in the game). From then on when my teams has to kick an extra point, I go into Super Sim and use "Jump to Next Play" to watch the kick, then go back to the regular game with Circle.

BTW, I'm up to 23/24 using this method. The last game I played I got disgusted near the end of the 1st quarter and proceeded to Fast Sim till the end of the game. Same kicker missed 3 out of 4.

So far, works for me. At this point I don't care to hear about what's not working for you, because I still have no idea what you're talking about. (And on top of that, I have lost interest in trying to figure it out. LOL)

I don't care much either because I don't use it anymore but it doesn't in fact work slowing down or speeding up. They still miss XP's at a higher than usual rate. So if it seems fixed to you. So be it lol.

That's too bad. Guess it's wait for the next patch time, which is a total drag.

I just feel that it is BS that this known issue, which was even seen in the pre-release by various YouTuber hasn't been fixed by the first patch, and people have to think of a workaround for it.
