Im playing as Franchise mode as owner and im looking for that spot where u can use ur XP pts that u earned and that u can get extra scouting or whatever it is for 1200 XP but cant seem to find it and was wondering if anyone could help me and tell me where to find it. thanks greatly appreciated

Thought that was only if you were a coach

Go to the coach tab on the team management screen. Go into coach goals and press A (xb1) to open coach xp

so how am i supposed to earn xp for that besides the xp the players get
