If you're only playing offense and picking the defensive plays .. wouldn't it be laughably easy to exploit that lol?
Anyway:
Offense: I don't change much unless the situation is needed.
Late in games, if I'm up, I typically change Ball Carrier to Conservative. I rarely ever put this aggressive.
Blocking: same as Ball Carrier if I'm up, I never go aggressive.
Deep Pass Catching: if I KNOW my WR are exponentially faster than their DB/S, I'll put this on Conservative, if they're fast, I'll go Aggressive.
Intermediate Pass Catching: late in game conservative, early on I mingle with aggressive dependent on the Defense's speed.
Defense:
Auto Flip Defense: Always off, I like to control my team
Ball in Air: Play Ball, always.
Option: I don't change
Pass Rush, Strip Ball, Tackling: Dependent on the game and offense I'm facing. If my pass rushing sucks, I'll switch it. If I'm in dire need of a FF I'll switch Strip/Tackle to aggressive.
In conclusion, honestly you change them on a needs basis IMO based on how the games going, it's a terrific addition and makes the game more intriguing. You, well I do at least, legitimately feel like I have more control of the game and my team's scheme for that certain moment in time.
