HDR issues?

It's not my tv. Every other hdr game looks great

That's funny you mention it. Just spent a LONG time reading it, you are not the only one.

Google search: Xbox one s hdr washed out or ps4 pro washed out.

The HDR10 on my Sony x900e looks perfect. No tweaks needed.

I'm running M18 on an XB1S.

Someone else was mentioning issues, so I booted up BF1, and it looks great, too. Although I never saw a slider for HDR.

HDR is darker in nature so that bright highlights can separate and reveal themselves. Just watch the Brady intro and see the lights flashing in the background behind the Madden logo. The lighting should have depth/dimension.

If you're experiencing a washed out image you need to ensure a few things:

Brightness is below 52
Dynamic Contrast high
Black level low (not auto)
PS4 is set to limited (not auto)
