Why is the Cardinals vs Rams game in London not in CFM?

I just noticed that game is played at the LA Coliseum in CFM. Yet all three of the other London games are in CFM, but for some reason, they left the Cards vs Rams game out. Any reason why?

They don't have Wembley either, even though it's right there in FIFA built with Frostbite. They have a generic stadium that doesn't resemble Wembley much.
