Who else Sims the first season?
Just curious, I enjoy the rebuilding aspect of Madden and always sim the first season. Mainly because I like to play my own rookies.

So who else Sims the first season and why?

I usually do because of the rebuilding.. theres no way I could play a full season with josh mcCown or Bryce Petty. But if I do pick a good team I usually play the 1st season.

I'm using the same team. Anyone who plays the first season as the jets deserves a metal

I played the first season as the Jets 😔. Went 3-13 and had the 2nd pick in the draft. They are probably one of the worst out of the box teams I've ever used on Madden lol.

Nope. In fact, I never sim the first CFM season because I'm most interested in redirecting and developing my coach and personnel. If I sim, I have no control over who gets practice priorities, practice gold medals, and coach development. As you might imagine, I'm trying to get my coach his 'expert scouting' trait so I can bump my scouting points from 175 to 200.

I never would, because the pain of year one makes winning in subsequent years far more fulfilling.

Played year 1 as the Bills every game. Only sim was late games I was being blown out in the 4th twice. Suffered to 4-11 and got 2nd OVR pick and 23rd OVR. Traded down to 7 so now I have Browns and my own pick next year. I like the suffering because it makes the rebuild more fun
