Can you install the game from a saved file?
Forgive me if this is an ignorant question.
I'm finding myself somehow stuck with patch 1.05 after I thought I'd signed out of the internet.
If I have a friend who is still working off of 1.04, is it possible to have that person save their game file to an external drive and then install the game from that save on my own system?
