QB awareness

Does QB awareness effect accuracy. I have a 2nd year QB who has 85 deep, middle, short, and on the run accuracy, but 65 awareness. He will miss a wide open WR a lot. Or is there something another thing that should be improved to help with accuracy?

I am also playing on all madden - I did not have this issue last season when I had it on the lower level of play

Clean pocket and set feet are the two biggest factors in missed passes. Also keep in mind that even with high accuracy you can "roll" a bad throw. There are even statistical anomalies that can happen where you roll consecutive bad throws.

The developers have been proven wrong in this regard. QB awareness will change how open your receivers get as well as how well your line blocks.

AWR for “AI QB’s” function on 3 levels
1) Modifier to some THA Die Roll Formulas & Pass Trajectories for AI QB
2) Player/Contextual Sense (ie ball, Pocket threats, players after LOS)
3) Option Routes/Pass Catcher Targeting Speed (similiar to BLk Targeting)

Usered QB’s eliminate #1 & #2, while triggering #3 through Target Passsing and WR button pressed.
