Pancake issue narrowed down (Audible to Run)

So I been in contact with a Dev regarding the issue..and learned something..I passed it along to the Dev..

So for the sake of the conversation..I am running Coach Mode, All Madden modified sliders, with Ball Carrier moves set to Auto.

What I learned is if u come out in a pass play and audible to Run play no matter the formation..the likely Hood u will pancake the DLine is almost certain..tested..for example, I did this 6 Times 6 Times it happened...now I then tested run play audible to different run play happened 3 out of 6 Times..what also appeared to magnify the issue is if the play you first call is NOT one of the 4 plays available in ur audibles for that specific formation. The more I test or learn I will pass along

So to help understand My rambling.. Audible to a run play will def cause a pancake with extremely high frequency.

I thought so, that's when I saw it. So the CPU needs to be able to adjust on the fly, just like a human.
On All-Madden(in the past) the cpu seemed to know exactly what we audibled down or up to lol. They would audible too, wonder if they took it out.

Don't think it's quite that simple. Inside the red zone (including inside the 5-yard line) I almost always come out in a 4-WR spread. If the defensive spreads out too, I usually audible to a running play (depending on down and distance). Over more than four seasons of games, I've seen the pancake phenomenon exactly once. Also playing coach mode but on All Pro.

Its just one big clusterbleep for user vs cpu gameplay

Maybe difficulty and slider related..here is the thing..before I posted this..I ran this test twice..have ran it again..same results..what I think is good..is that it maybe a link..do u think it’s something as simple as no Audible..I hope so but not likely..however it’s a start somewhere..because based on the info I seen here and on Twitter no one has a starting point..or a way to replicate it

Thanks Steeler, it's a known bug.

So it's known - I actually have a voice on a feedback committee for them, so I am pushing what you guys are saying (have been since day 1 I just don't go around bragging about it).

I'll be creating a thread later for the O-Line/D-Line pancake issue. In the meantime:

Video is King. Get it happening on video.

Playcalls and situations - I need EVERYTHING related to the play (down, distance, presnap adjustments, coaching adjustments, Hurry Up/Chew Clock, what slider set you use). This all will be key in isolating the issue.

EA hasn't been able to replicate it yet. If you can you may be the reason the bug gets fixed.
